Velocity Stock Manager is operated by Avadata Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. We provide dealership management software to automotive retailers across the UK.

When you use our website, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit our contact form.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect this site, and keeps short-lived request logs. We do not use these to identify you.

We do not sell your personal data. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf under data protection agreements: Vercel (website hosting), Mailgun (delivery of contact form emails) and Slack (internal notification of contact form enquiries). Where data is processed outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Hosting request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, typically up to 30 days.
